International Lecture Series 9
The International Lecture Series is an activity that aims to share knowledge and experiences on various topics about sustainable sanitation to varying audiences. Themes revolve around different topics that are relevant, given the target audience at hand. Sanitation is a multi‐stakeholder concern that is not confined to a single profession or field of study. Believe it or not, sanitation can be seen from a range of vantage points – (a) public health, (b) agriculture, (c) engineering and technology, (d) environment and climate change and (e) development as a whole. This international lecture series is spearheaded by the Center for Advanced Philippine Studies (CAPS) and the Philippine Ecosan Network (PEN) being the Knowledge Node in Sustainable Sanitation in the country.
